Got out Sunday and washed the car and applied a new coat of colorx and NXT. Looks pretty good I think. Thanks to jaberwaki for the help!

Your car's finish looks as though it's wet!
ColorX and NXT a great combination that will produce stunning results by hand or machine. I see an extension cord in the picture, did you use a PC or did you apply both products by hand?

Don't have a PC yet! We used a little orbital buffer that Jaberwaki got at an auto store for 20 bucks. It runs at one speed, I think around 2k or thereabouts. I've never used one before, so I was anxious to see what this thing would do. A PC is definately in our future plans for detailing cars!Comment

I'd love to get a new set of rims, but finances are REAL tight, and I just got laid off (with a work through date). Need to find a job first, then we'll see about mods for the car.Originally posted by cydewaze

it really ***** the pics of mine from the same day did not come out ... we waited too late and it was too dark
