Washed my 92 Accord (Charcol Black) today with NXT. The car has not been waxed in years. The water does not bead at all, totally flat on the paint! After drying the car, the NXT left a nice shine on the finish. Of course, I topped it with my NXT wax which made it look a lot nicer. I might add a 2nd coat next week if the weather is good.

Just used NXT wash for the second time this afternoon. I haven't used anything better. The water just sheets off and doesn't spot and gets all the dirt without scratching.
That's after NXT Wash, clay bar, Deep Crystal Step #2 and NXT Tech Wax.

This product sounds like a "sleeper", and is certainly priced well at $6 a 1/2 gallon.
GC to NXT.
To me NXT wash is an improved version of GC wash.
NXT has more suds (did I say more suds),
NXT is slightly slicker,
NXT has slightly more cleaning power.
NXT has nice sheeting action, almost no need to dry.
GC does leave the car looking slightly cleaner.
When I say slight I mean the average person would not notice, but me I notice.
NXT to #00
No comparsion, NXT is a superior wash. I shelved my bottle of #00, maybe I will use as lube for wet sanding or claying.
NXT to #62:
#62 is slicker
#62 barely suds incomparsion to NXT
#62 leaves the car looking cleaner
#62 and NXT about equal on cleaning power
NXT has the rinsing ability, because NXT sheets. #62 also rinses well.
NXT to Soft wash Gel
No comparsion, NXT is a superior wash. I am glad my bottle of soft gel wash froze, I have more space.
The GC and #62 leaving the car looking cleaner is probably based on the sheeting agents. Nothing that is not cured by a Qd'ing.
I hope this helps.

I bought a gallon of GC just before the NXT became available direct from Meguiar's (a little bit earlier than I expected). I'll just keep the GC for when I run out of NXT car wash, which is still not available here in Indiana yet.
Interesting comparison of all the different car washes. I never could find the #62 here, just the #00 as far as the pro-line. Can't get the Detailer line here either. I would have tried the Detailer car washes but the NXT car wash became available with free shipping, now I'm hooked on it.
The Soft Gel Wash used to be VERY good at sheeting but they changed the formualtion to get more suds. After that it did not sheet water nearly as good.

Do you how long ago the formula change for Soft Gel wash?
Try your local PBE for the #62, who possibly could order #62 for if not in stock. If not, you could order fom Meguiars.
Do you detail for a living? If you do I would recommend the Detailer line washes. If you do not, stick with the NXT or GC washes, but try D22, for maintenance washes.

I don't detail cars for a living. #22 in the Detailer line is the wash I wanted to try. I ordered my Final Detail (a MUST have for any detailing enthusiast) from PremiumAutoCare.com.
The Soft Wash Gel formula change was about 3-4 years ago, I am not totally sure.
I am very happy with NXT, although the #00 was pretty good. Sounds like the #62 is a lot better though with more gloss and slickness. I really like the way the NXT cuts down on water spots, it's incredible! If I run out and can't get it locally I'll just order more direct.

Boss,
Please be sure to let me know what you think about the NXT wash when you get a chance to try it. After reading some of the reviews, I've added it to my 'need to buy' list as well.
