  • I need your advice...

I would like to buy one of these washing mitts...

    Deep Pile Chenille Wash Mitt

    OR

    Ultra Plush Wash Mitt

Your feedback and your experience will be appreciated for my decision.

    Thank you

It is strictly a matter of personal preference. I like the Ultra Plush Wash Mitt since I find it to be more "gentle" on the paint.

Now I prefer the Deep Pile Chenille Wash Mitt... I feel this is more gentle on the paint.

        Why not buy both?

I have a large assortment of wash mitts.., plush, cheniile, microfiber and sheepskin.

I've got and have used both....six of one half dozen of the other as far as results. However, DON'T EVER put the Chenille mit in a washing machine. I tried that last weekend and it looked like someone had a sheep shearing contest inside the washer

I would get the Chenile mitt because the cotton fibers will have an easier time getting into nooks and crannies.

That being said, I do not use mitts when I wash. Instead, I use a washing dip brush with a long handle. The bristles are frayed on the end, which make them very soft, especially when wet. I've found this brush is more effective than mitts in removing dirt because the soft bristles can get into cracks, crevices, body seams, etc., much easier than the fibers on any mitt. It simply does a better cleaning job than the mitts. The brush does not scratch the finish, either -- I've used wash brushes for years without any swirling or scratching.
