    i"ve checked a few sites online everyone seems to have these on backorder are that popular

    You mean the black MF's like the ones that come with UW?

    I like them, but they stained my other lighter colored MF's when I washed them together...

        I don't know why black MF towels are soo popular??....I personally prefer lighter colors so I can see if there any dirt on them and switch to a clean section as I use.
        I can only see black MFs being useful in removing wax or using to apply a spray wax where the paint is clean and free from dirt that can mar or scratch paint. I like inspecting my MFs as i use them...and it's pretty hard to do that with black MFs...my 2 cents

          Yeah, nothing too critical about black to really want more of them.
