A few weeks ago I was in a auto supply store that was going out of business. I picked up a couple of containers of clay. Both have a part # C-2000, but that is all they seem to have in common. The first one is labeled Body Shop Professional Overspay Clay. Inside are two white bars wrapped in clear plastic. The second one is labeled Professional Detailing Clay Mild. Inside is one blue bar about the size of the two white bars put togather, wrapped in clear plastic with Meguiars written on it. I am guessing I have one old and one new version of the same product. I was wondering if anyone could let me know if I am correct, or do I have two completely differant clays?
    Thanks

The clay container with the two white clay bars is our old clay, the clay container with the singel large blue clay bar is our new clay bar. They are both a mild grade of clay, safe for anyone to use.

      Just to add...

I used to use consumer Quick clay and tried the Mild clay. To me there was a big difference. The mild seemed to remove the above surface contaminants quicker and with fewer passes than the quick clay.

      Good luck

I agree. Blue clays seems to remove oxidation much quicker.
