#3 or #7?

I have been appliing #7 Glaze with a Cyclo and have been very happy with the results. Now that my bottle is nearly empty i wondering if i should buy the #3 Machine Glaze since it is supposed to be applied by machine and the #7 is not. Should i stick with the #7 or would i benifit from going with a bottle of the #3. thanks

#7 is pretty top of the line.

If your happy with the results and the process is not too difficult there is no reason to change to #3.

If however you would like something a little easier to use, that is close in looks to #7, then you might like to try the #3.

It depends on what type of paint you work on.

Single stage - M07 or M80 finish really great.
Modern clear coat - Ultimate Polish, M205 Ultra Finishing Polish or M81 Hand Polish (if you can still get it) will deliver stunning finish.

From my limited experience with M03 Machine Glaze: it finishes better while used with a rotary buffer, very mild cleaning ability, not ultimate finishing polish on modern clear coats.

We wholeheartedly agree with the assertion that you should stick with #7 and your process for application since it's been serving you so well. If this was a case of some new, high tech, totally unrelated product choice we'd certainly consider looking at it, but in your case, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
