Vinyl Stickers on police cars??

I will be detailing some police cars in a couple weeks but wanted to know will it be safe to use 83, 82, 80 with a PC? Will I do any damage to the vinyl stickers when using the polsihing pads with any of the above products??

Basically, anytime you work on a car with vinyl graphics, decals or pinstripes, you have to test in an inconspicuous area to see what you can do.
