How long did you let M20 dry? I've never seen a streak with M20 - apply it thin and let it dry completely dry, which it should do pretty quickly. When in doubt, give it a bit more time as humidity can slow the drying process. I've personally let this dry as long as two hours and it still wipes off with ease. Mind you, we aren't saying that you need to let it dry that long, just that if you do it's not going to be a problem. Removing any of our waxes before they dry can lead to potential issues, with the single exception of Ultimate Wax liquid, which can be removed after applying to just a single panel. But UW liquid is the exception to our rule.
