My tin of M26 was hard and grainy. Meguiar's sent me a new can.
If other users experience the same issue then it might be that batch of M26 is no good?Dennis

I don't know about 2-3 months, but it is pretty durable for a carnauba based natural wax. I think it is worth the $. It is an upscale version of the retail #3, but is still a better product. The #3 will stain trim and the paint does not get that same deep glow produced by the #26. Just my opinion.
