I don't know if anyone has tried this or not but I just got done using HD full strength on badly faded exterior black trim. It brought back the black with a very nice shine. I wonder how long it will last?

Re: Hyper Dressing
Hyper Dressing is an excellent product but it is water based so it's going to wash off, at least to some degree, next time you wash the vehicle. That's just sort of the nature of water based dressings......unless you go with Ultimate Black or Ultimate Protectant. Both are still water based but when applied to properly prepped and clean exterior trim they will hold up to repeated washings due to the polymers contained in them. But it is really important that the surface be free of any previous polymers (like Ultimate Quik Wax) and certain other silicones as well or it won't bond properly. That's part of the reason why it's so terrific on very badly faded plastic and vinyl trim (ie, seriously neglected) - it will clean things up nicely, return it to a nice dark color without being overly glossy, and it will then stick around for a very long time.Michael Stoops

Re: Hyper Dressing
ok, I am very late to this post, but honestly, I just recently found you guys.
I too am using HD full strength on tires only. I like a deep dark shine on my tires. Is there anything wrong using HD full strength other than it doesnt go as far compared to being diluted?Extreme Radiance Detailing
