Re: What can I expect from M16 ?
The general rule of thumb with this product is to use a very thin coat (whisper thin) and do not let the product dry for too long on the paint. Remove the product sooner rather than later and you should be able to get some very durable protection.
Some report 6+ months, while others may get significantly less due to region, prep, vehicle storage, wash technique, etc

Re: What can I expect from M16 ?
This is a pure wax to be used on a properly prepped car so do your washing, claying and polishing first. Apply as thin as possible. This wax is easy to remove if you put it on thin enough. If you apply a heavy coat, it will be more difficult to remove. Expect to see incredible water beading. Expect to see good durability and protection. Expect to get upwards of 80 applications per tin.
Not sure where your tin is coming from but some who have obtained this product from eBay have reported that wax was soft. This is a pretty firm wax, it smells like crayons Check some of the threads here for other users experiences.Jim

Re: What can I expect from M16 ?
hi sorry to interrupt your thread Fallz, but I'd like to ask how would all of you define the 'durability' of this M16? is it because of the slickness? looks? water beading? anyone can explain to me? cause I have a can of M16 with me...but I rarely use it..since my country have high temperature and high humidity so i thought that a sealant would do a better job at protecting my paint..but what does M16 has got to offer me with this kind of temperature? will it provide me the same longevity as a sealant provides?currently I'm using NXT2.0 as last up to 2 months..but will the M16 outweigh the NXT? IMO, my country considered to have an EXTREME weather as the temperature can easily reach up 100F during a sunny day and as low as 75-80F at night...and to make it worse now we're facing a heavy haze (skies turn to chocolate/grey) due to the very high temperature (forest burned) and sometimes we do get HEAVY acidic rain in the evening (sometimes here means it rains for the whole week or it doesn't rain for the whole week - the rain sometimes last for a day and sometimes not even a 15 minutes rain)..I hope someone can answer all my questions...Thanks in advance!
Note*
- both of my cars park inside but not fully covered..in my country we tend to have an open garage parking..you can say that depends where's the sun positioning..not all of the time my car is protected when parked inside..well hope someone can explain this to me..Thanks in advance!"If a sealant give you HD effect, a carnauba will give you the 3D effect"

1. wash your vehicle really well, pre-spotting dirty areas with either Gold Class Tar & Bug Remover or D130 Body Solvent, clay and use pre-wax cleaner,
2. use synthetic wax/sealant as your base (NxT Tech Wax 2.0, Ultimate Wax or M21 2.0) and you can top it with natural wax (M16, M26),
3. one of coatings would give you even longer protection, like Meguiar's M188, and defense against acid rain, etc,
4. use gentle car wash (like Meguiar's Gold Class Shampoo/ Conditioner), one of quick detailers between washes for light dust and contaminants removal, spray wax after washes (like Ultimate Quik Wax).

M16 Professional Paste Wax is the longest lasting carnauba wax.
I guess it all comes to your preference: synthetic versus natural. Some people really like natural look of carnauba based waxes but some prefer paint depth of sealants.
Whichever you decide to go with apply two coats for even coverage and use Ultimate Quik Wax after car wash.
