What is the slickest wash that Meguiar's makes?

My current wash is Duragloss 901, simply due to it's lubricity.

I'm playing with the idea of HyperWash at a 3oz:5 gallon ratio.

Would HyperWash become harsh to my LSP if used at that dilution?

Hyper Wash should really be used at 1oz to 5 gallons, as that is the suggested ratio. Hyper wash is not necessarily the slickest in terms of lubricity IMO. I personally have found Gold Class to be very slick and the same with NXT car wash. Give them a try and let us know what you think.

I was told that we can add ONR into wash solution to boost slickness. I wondered if Last Touch works the same, as some people use LT as waterless wash...

I tried it last week:
3oz Gold Class wash to 3 gal of water in bucket + 1oz of Last Touch

Result:
The wash solution has a LT smell, the suds is no difference to standard Gold Class wash.
Maybe its just me... but I cant feel the wash solution is any slick-er than a normal Gold Class or NXT wash. Anybody tried adding something to your wash? Should I add more LT to the wash solution?
