The thing about water spots is if they are not addressed fairly quickly, the minerals etch into the paint, which means that the only way to remove the spots is to remove a micro-thin layer of paint. If M20 or M09 will not remove the spots, then that probably means you will have to step up to a fairly abrasive polish or compound. You definitely want to add a bottle of Ultimate Compound to your collection, available at local auto stores.

Water spots have been the bane of my S2K. I have found that I need to wash or quick detail my car within a day or two of it getting rained upon. Alas, sometimes I do not have the time or energy to do this. Sometimes it's impossible to wash when it's raining for days on end. For example, early in the summer it seemed like it was raining every day. When I finally had an opportunity to wash the car, I discovered I had water spots that the washing did not remove. So even though I had waxed the car only a few weeks earlier, I broke out my bottle of M20. To my delight the M20 removed all of the spotting, so I re-waxed the entire vehicle and then topped it with one of my favorite carnauba waxes. If the M20 had not worked, I would have pulled out a small bottle of M105, which I have just for this purpose.

Given that you are going to be ordering a bunch of Meguiar's products, may I suggest that you give Rick a call at Auto Detailing Solutions. You'll get free shipping on orders over $125, and he stands behind everything he sells. He's also happy to answer detailing questions. Sometimes it's worth it to pay a few extra dollars for personal service.

Thanks for reply for both of you guys.

I have got pretty much thing in inventory, but I was just debating on ordering more of M9 or try out the AIO cleaner wax that I have never tried before. However, it is nice to know a good reliable source with great service; I will call Rick next time when I need more stuff. thanks for the info.
