If the tracking number is not working, then clearly the most expeditious way to find out where your shipment is is for you to call Meguiar's and ask them. I'm sure they can find out for you in five minutes if not less. But now you will have to wait till Monday to make that call ...

W699704S is an order number not a tracking number from a shipper.
