  • APC+ Question

I had excellent results with a 4:1 APC+ ratio but I have had a stuff stain that I cannot get out.

Its more like dirty that has been left in there far too long. Its a lighter style GM Grey Interior.

Has anyone here gone a stronger strength such as 2:1 or 1:1??

I was also wondering after dry bushing, vaccumming, how long should I let the APC+ soak in?

Any other recommondations for tough/stubborn situations.

    Re: APC+ Question

I always go for the 303 Products Fabric & Vinyl Cleaner when other cleaners fail. It is kind of expensive to use as an everyday cleaner (about $14 for 32 oz.) but it is amazing stuff.

Quik Out has always worked pretty good for me. Look for a stain remover perhaps too.

        Re: APC+ Question

This was not as much as one stain, more like just a dirty floormat. A couple years of just ground in dirt.

I think what I did with just hot water, I need to add some APC+ to it, also I gotta break out some regular APC and see where it takes me.

Once I get a hang of it, then I can see if I gotta try something different.

          Re: APC+ Question

APC is amazing on carpets, for example, I got a atleast 10 years of dirt and what ever out my house carpet with APC 8:1 ,stiff bristled brush, and a terry towel to extract

          Heres a pic

This was like a month ago and the dirt didn't resurface at all

Yea, I see the diff. I need some different brushes and give APC a shot now. I'll be posting some results.

              Re: APC+ Question

On stubborn stains, I have always had great success with Meguiar's carpet and upholstery cleaner.
