APC+ Rain x

I just got done cleaning my outside glass. I used Glass science scrub, Megs clay and applied rain x after all this I noticed the rubber molding around the windshield and rear window is very dirty.

So now I want to hit the molding with some apc+ and ultimate protector.
Does anyone think apc+ would remove rain x? Not that it takes much work to reapply rain x.

I think you would have to reapply rain-x. APC+ will probably remove whatever coating was on there.

I'd probably expect it to be removed. Might even smear the glass some, so may need to use a glass cleaner, then RainX.
