  • M-83 and W-7006 pad

I have been using lately M-83 with a W-8006 pad, with great sucess in removing oxidation, swirl's and light scratches. Speed vary's from 1000 rpms to 1500 rpm's depending how difficult the defect is to remove. I was wondering how much more aggressive is the W-7006 cutting pad..at the same above speed?

It is much more aggressive. Depending upon what you're looking for in your end-results, you should expect to re-polish any area you polish with the W-7006/#83 combo with a softer pad and a less aggressive product before going to wax.

      Yep,

The W-7006 Cutting pad is quite a bit more aggressive. It also causes the paint to heat up much faster. But in many situations, it has been a life-saver for me!!!

        HI Tim & Mike

What kind of paint condition will require cutting pad with #83?
