  • M07 vs M05 on new car

I was reading the product lineup for Meguiar's Mirror Glaze, and saw M07 and M05. M05 is for NEW car glaze. However, I have been hearing a lot of buzz about M07, being so good in dark finishes, like mine (black). Any suggestions? I want to try something new, replace my DC2 with one of these and test out the result. Thanks!

The #7 will probably be better...

#5 is really for equatorial/tropical areas that are very warm and very humid, where #7 apparently does not work as well.

I would agree with Murr. In my area, it is very humid in the summer months. #7 was not working to well. I ordered some #5. Works a lot better.

You could always half and half and then see which results you like more. Just do a three inch wide tape line down your hood and try both products just on the hood. Go with whichever you like more.
