new paint ...?!

    new paint ...?!

    got my hood repainted a month ago. they did a lousy job in finish so yesterday i got the tools on it.
    is bad , i think is too soft. i try solo , 105 , 205 , with rotary and with da, i try with diff combination of pads :cutting orange ,light cutting green ,meg cutting pad , meg polish pad , solo polish pad. white sonus polish pad
    i got shine and remove holo with 205 but no correction.
    is frustrating !
    some ideas ? is the paint too fresh and soft ....?

    What are you trying to correct on this new paint job - holograms, swirls, sanding marks, orange peel?

      looks like severe swirlmarks , i guess left over from wool compound
