  • M40?

So rite now i put some "Armor-All" on the black trim of my windshield. like where the wipers go...and it looks "gressey". Will M40 do this? What is the main purpose of it (M40)? I ordered some ASD, HD, and Last Touch but it wont be in til later this week and my "not properly dressed trim" is really bothering me

    Re: M40?

The purpose of M40 is similar to that of ASD or HD, though M40 has some cleaners in it also.

Give teh M40 a try... I like to apply a dressing, let it sit for 5 minutes or so, then wipe off excess.

For the wiper cowl, spray the product lightly onto a foam applicator and apply it around evenly. You can always come back and wipe away the excess with a microfiber towel if you wish.

          Yeah, you can.

It is probably a tad less durable than ASD on the exterior, but not bad.

            Re: M40?

#40 would be a great product for the areas you are describing. I use to use it both ways, interior and exterior. Now, I only use #40 for interior. I like the durability and sheen ASD provides.

I think #40 is mainly for interior. It'll fade away if it's constantly getting wet. I think ASD would be better, from what I've read.

ASD is better for durablility but I use M40 pretty much everywhere! Love the stuff!
