UQW has no similar product in the Professional Line.

M135 is more likely compared to UQD not UQW

X-Press wax is a very efficient wax, applies very easy and dries very quickly but it's not like UQW. With X-Press Wax you'll have the same problems as any wax if you apply it very thick and so on, so in other words they are not the same. You'll have to be like me, wait to see if UQW is produced in bulk size

Hopefully some day there will be a professional version of UQW. But for now the UQW will serve me just fine.

It would be great if a professional (larger size) version of the uqw was available.

I am not sure Detailing Shops want that kind of product.... Maybe they will ask for it, or a Detailer Line type version.

I use UQW a lot. It last longer than most of the paste/liquid waxes I've used over the years. It's worth every penny.

Now if they would just come out with a Pro version in bulk sizes!!!!

Re: What Would Be The Proffessional Version Of Ultimate Quik Wax

okay guys this is why i had asked the question to begin with..

Meguiar's Synthetic Spray Detailer is a Hydrophobic Polymer Technology™ that mists on and wipes off to instantly restore a deep, rich and protective finish. Use to enhance wax protection between washes and waxes. The ideal quick detailer for weekly maintenance.
Shake well. Make sure your car is cool and in the shade.

Mist Synthetic Spray Detailer onto one section at a time. Quickly spread product with a Meguiar’s M9910 Ultimate Wipe Detailing Cloth, or any other premium quality, clean towel. Turn to a dry portion of towel and wipe dry. Return to damp portion of cloth for each initial wipe and repeat process on each section. Don’t let product self-dry. Maximum polymer protection will be achieved after 12 hours of curing time.

it seems that M135 does offer some protection...i feel like M135 is also a booster wax

It seems like to me that there must be a difference between leaving behind a layer of water-repelling polymers, and a layer of polymers and protection.

Well, as far as I understand it....

The UQD leaves behind a coating of water repelling polymers.

The UQW leaves behind a coating of something more that offers protection (probably some other type of polymer), plus the water repelling polymers.

Protection meaning something that deals better with bird droppings, water spots, bugs/sap, etc.

I may or may not be right, but thats just how it seems to work out to me. Maybe the Mikes can help out tomorrow.
