  • Where to buy Foam Hand Appilactor Pads

I have seen and understand the logic behind using a foam pad instead of a microfiber one, but I can"t find them in any reatail store here in Minnesota.
Does anyone buy them other than here or simular on-line stores?

Looking for a place to buy them.

If you have a Pepboys near you, just noticed mine in Fl carrying them.

Here is my take... the ones at Pepboys are not very good _at all_. They are just too thin. I bought a set of 6 online at Autogeek... the Wolfgang ones but their versions are the same. Well worth every penny and if you do the math, they are the same price as what you buy at Pep Boys. I now use the few from Pep Boys to apply my protectants (tires, dash, etc).

I second this, I use the Pinnacle ones from AG. They are much thicker and more ergonomic but I find that the Meguiar's ones last longer. Though, with the Meguiar's ones you can cut the edge and put your fingers on the inside if you feel like it.

Meguiar's are usually $1.99 for a two pack online. I've seen off-brands in auto stores around here, but I do believe they were a little more in price. The microfiber ones seem to be the only ones in stock in stores.

I have found them at O'Reilly's

You can also find the foam pads at boat stores like West Marine and Bass Pro in case the local auto stores are out or don't stock.

The only place I could find them locally is the Bass Pro Shop (as stated above in the boating section). They had water magnets also.
