Dewaxing with APC

To dewax should I apply APC/Degreaser like a Quick Detailer or spray the entire vehicle and then rinse with a hose ?

Sounds like both ways would work just fine. Just make sure that your dilution ratios are strong enough. Or you could just wash with warm water and Original formula Dawn,,,,,,AR

I guess a person could dilute it in a bucket of water at the proper ratio, and use it like a car wash solution.

I think I would wash with a car wash 1st though....Just to make sure the surface dirt is taken care of 1st.

I've always sprayed the car down, let it sit for about 30 seconds, then hose it off. I wouldn't want to use it as a QD, I wouldn't think, nor as a carwash. If you washed the car first and then did this, that'd probably be fine, though. But I like to wash the car after to make sure all the APC is off the car.

Great question. You could actually do it either way. But the quickest and most effective way to dilute the product would be in a bucket sized container.

Be sure to: 1) Only use the old D-12 All Purpose Plus or new D-101 All Purpose Cleaner for this purpose.

2) Dilute the product with water at 64:1 ratio.
