  • APC On Paint?

I know this sounds weird but can APC be used on paint diluted 10:1? I ask because in the "door jambs" of my car, dirt and water spots collect. The area is technically painted but nobody really sees it and it gets pretty dirty sometimes. Would it hurt the paint to clean it with APC or would my best bet be just grabbing a second microfiber and using Last Touch?

    Re: APC On Paint?

If you have tried removing it during the wash using your car wash solution than there is no problem to use APC and agitate with a brush to clean those areas. Just be sure to wash them when you are done with your car wash soap and rinse.

I wouldnt want to use APC all the time. Upkeep with a towel and your car wash solution would be best. Or I just use a damp towel most of the time.

Yup, APC will be fine in those areas. Super Degreaser works great in those areas.
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.
