Originally posted by probegt I havent used the NXT metal polysh but I really like All metal polish. Hasnt let me down yet (with the right technique of course).
I have to ask: what is your technique?
I used it today and the results didn´t impress me....
I used it for my rear bumper. I does look nice and feels very slick, but I was looking for a little more cleaning abilities from this polish. I had a couple of minor scratches that I couldn´t remove.

manueljlg: chrome scratches are virtually impossible to "remove" It's not like paint that can be worked to fill scratches. The chrome itself is only microns thick and is used to protect the nickel plate underneath. You can "fill" very light scratches temporarily with wax, but it doesn't last too long. The NXT (as well as other polishes) is primarily made for "soft" metals like aluminum and brass/copper.
I used to be in the plating business for custom motorcycle parts.
