I mixed it with tap water (softened) I only use microfiber towels. Maybe your using too much? One or two sprays is enough for a window.

I use distilled water to dilute it. Also, i use the 16x16 MFs from ADS (low-nap side). Fold it in four and use one side for the initial wipe and flip over to buff off. As Aero said, not much is needed. I can usually clean my windshield with one sweeping spray across the length of it.

I have very hard water here. When I mixed it with tap water, the results were so-so. Once I started mixing it with the distilled water the results were great.

I always dilute my D-Line products with distilled water. For the glass cleaner I use the glass cleaner microfibers that you can get from ADS, they work great!

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

                I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
                Remove swirls my friends.

Funny thing is that while a gallon makes 11, I'm always running out. Seems my wife loves to give this stuff to her family and friends. My wife won't be without it for household cleaning of windows, mirrors and appliances. This the best glass cleaner I've ever used.

I just did reorder, in fact, while Meg's is offering free shipping special on orders over $50 until 7/1/09 by using SPRING09 discount code on your order.

I mix this with softened and filtered (RO) water and it works great.

                    Re: Glass Cleaner Concentrate

Glad you like it AeroCleanse! I was happy with the other glass cleaner I was using till I tried the D-Line! Think I gave the other stuff away. I've got my family and friends hook on using it now too. Works great around the house and for getting that darn toothpaste off the bathroom mirror.

I use regular city water here. The key for me is only a spray or two and follow up with a dry towel.

The other glass cleaner I had didn't work very well. I tossed that stuff out. Haven't tried it on the bathroom mirrors, but it did wonders on a neglected glass front cabinet.

I use the folded microfiber, fold in in 1/4's use one side to clean flip it and use the clean side to buff. For windscreens and back windows I have the Glass Pro tool, a spray or two on the pad, and presto..clean windows and no reaching or missing spots.

The glass cleaner concentrate is some great stuff (more economical as well), but i like the nxt glass cleaner just a tad better...

I got 8 bottles of Stoners Invisible glass on closeout at Advance Auto parts for .99 cents a piece, yet I still had to try the Megs glass cleaner, I have since been giving away the stoners. Really like the megs.

I do like most, either a mf ww glass towel or the general purpose towel from ads folded into 1/4's, spray usually 1 spray, do initial wipe, then turn to dry section of towel for final wipe

                              Re: Glass Cleaner Concentrate

I love the GCC because it makes 11 gallons, works great, and smells even better . 11 gallons for ~$18 seems quite fair to me!

The only thing it won't fix though, (Stoners and everything else in existence won't help either--I've tried!) is the streaky interior surface of my windshield on my 2009 Civic. Paper towels, MF, new MF, laundered MF, cotton...plus all those other products including GCC cannot get rid of the streaks! I think I'll try the GCC with some newspaper next, and use a whole gallon of it on the windshield to see if it helps. The streaks move around, but boy I sure cannot get rid of that strange film...ideas please !
