Wheel Brightner?
Is it pre-dulited 4:1 out of the gallon? or you have to mix?

You'll have to mix. All the detailer line comes in neat and requires dilution (where needed)
Plus, just an advise, 4:1 is kinda strong. What are you working on? (LOL I sound like Mike P)

Joe AKA: Superior Shine mixes his if memory serves 10:1, easier to clean again then make it too strong and ruin the finish on a wheel.....
