I tried it in my silver truck, actually on some panels only. Honestly, I did not notice a difference. My best guess is that this product will make a difference in dark colored vehicles.

ok well, the vehicle mentioned in original post is a custom red...so it should be better than a silver on wetness/depth etc?

I have used it on my '64 Bel Air. This car is a single stage lacquer paint. I used it after I put m80 on the used gold class wax. It really brought out the shine and helped bring the paint back to life! I took it to a car show yesterday and got great reviews for how well it looked. Yes, my father in-law found her. She had been sitting in a garage for 21 years. She only had 54k when I bought it 1 1/2 years ago. I have not put very many more on since I bought it. Been fun to drive.
