Does M81 have any paint cleaning abilities at all. It is listed under the pure polish category but it has a 1 on the cut scale. How can this be? I tried looking on the forums already to see if this question has been anwsered already. Anybody know?

A pad gives a certain amount of cleaning ability.

Murr is correct.
Since you can use M81 with a DA, there is going to be some paint removal even with a finishing pad.Chris

Tuck, don't let the cut number 1 throw you. As far as I know, there are no products that are assigned zero, though some are not given any numbers (e.g., DC2 and #7). "1" is the lowest. M81 is a nonabrasive pure polish.Swirls hide in the black molecular depths, only waiting for the right time to emerge and destroy your sanity.
