If so, then somethings wrong with the product, it should have a uniform creaming appearance, not particles suspended in it.
I had problems with Gold Class wax, I attributed it to not claying (when I first started this sickness). We live in a rural area and dust/pollen is always flying around. Now, after a washing and claying, I use Quik Detailer as I go if dust conditions are a problem which may be in your case.....Not sure though.

We have a gravel driveway and where we live, it's dusty! I felt little bumps in the wax during and after removal which took a bit longer to remove and doing a thorough final wipe helped. The QDing during waxing made sure I had no contaminants on the surface and haven't had the problem since.

I've taken two products back to Schucks where I bought them after product turned watery and they exchanged them no questions asked and I did not have receipt (I'm a regular though, with a couple of older cars in my stable).

Nice tip, Nappers! Yes, I'm rural.

I have (just thinking back to check ...) never applied #26 unless I have polished first, which I adore #7 or #81 on the car I use #26 on. Granted, polishing does not remove all contaminants in the paint and a pure polish less likely to, but the paint does not feel rough (using the hand in a plastic sandwich bag technique).

I have a few tips now - I will try claying and I will try using more initial product to see if I can break through the rapid drying and get a smooth, thinly spread layer down.

Cheers guys ... maybe I'll order a tin of the paste, too when I get around to placing another order with my usual supplier.
