  • Distilled h20 with pro products

With the one gallon containers of their new pro detailer line, should you use distilled h2o when you mix with the product or is regular water ok?

Unless you have really bad water, regular water should be just fine!

There are many variables to this answered

Yes plain tap water should be fine BUT you would need to know some thing about the water you are using.

Is it city or well water?

City water goes through some filtering process before it gets to you, They also use to add fluoride and potassium carbonate to the water depending on the Ph before treatment. Not sure if these chemicals should effect you since they are in such a small quantity.

Well water would be a guessing game, you really never know what you have unless it was tested.or if by some chance you have a water softer system in your home then all would be fine.

As for using distilled water it could become some what costly. but not a bad idea.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I think I am going to stick with the distilled h20. I can get it really cheap at one of the local stores. Plus we have horrible water, I don't even wash my car with it anymore.
