Do you polish everytime you wax?

I currently polish only twice a year i do a #7/26 combo in spring and fall and #26 only once a month during the warmer months so i was wondering if i should be polishing everytime i wax or is twice a year just fine?

I polish every time I wax my truck and I feel it is worth the extra time. I wax about 3 - 4 times a year.

I polish maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Wax about every month. Of course when I say polish thats my whole "process" which consists of wash, clay bar, polish wax. Degrease engine and dress up. Shampoo the whole interior and give it the twice over with q tips and all. Or I also do this when selling a car.

I use a polish quite often when rewaxing.
