  • Good products to use with my new G110?

    Well I just purchased a G110!

I have a 2005 White Subaru WRX that is pretty "swirly" nothing too catastrophic. I was thinking of doing the #83, #80, #21 combo on it. I want long lasting protection, something I don't have to wax EVERY weekend to keep it up. Maybe hit it with the DA and #21 every 3-4 months and keeping it up with M13516 Synthetic Spray Detailer in between.

    What do you guys think?

Here's my car now with a few coats of ZAINO. I'm just tired of the ZAINO upkeep and also the "plastic" look it gives my white car; it's too time consuming and expensive.

I used to use Meguiar's on my old Honda and it worked great, I wish I would have never left.

Thanks in advance for any help or input.

Nice car! That sounds like a safe way to go to me. Might also try NXT 2.0 wax. If you find yourself needing more cut, try 105.

If you're really desperate to save time try using 151, its a cleaner wax sort of deal with about the cutting power of 83 (Or so some folks have said). It finishes down almost as well as 80, but it would take some swirls out and be a one step process 4 times a year or so. white vehicles tend to be very kind, and this may be all you need to reach your goals.

You did not mention this. I know it is not used with a G110, but get yourself a claybar kit. It is a must imo to get your vehicle prepped the right way.

        Nice WRX!
Yeah your product choice is a good start.

Nice plan as well, using M135 to maintain is a great way

          Thanks for the tips guys.

I'm hoping I won't have to use anything more than the #83, but if I do, I will try the #105; I've read good things about it. If I did used #105, would I go to the #80 or go to the #83 afterward?

J.A. Michaels. Sorry I forgot to mention that, but yes I will be claying the car prior to any surface correction.

Try the 80 first. Always use the least aggressive product first and work your way toward more aggressive products if you need to.
