I'm going with the higher mark, I mean would that little extra really hurt anything, just make it stronger.

I don't know why the bottle doesn't explain better.

That would actually make it weaker. More water to product.

I think he meant when you fill water up to dilution ratio then fill with product to the higher mark = stronger product.

I just want to know where to fill with product to, just above label or to the first ring on the neck which is 32oz
