    Re: First ADS order...suggestions?

I did some research on it.
From what I gleaned it is basically the safety of a DA with the strength of a Rotary. In fact the adapter brand new shipped is like 120. I am contemplating what direction to go... But thanks for the ADS product recommendations. It should be sometime this week after I get paid

You can't go wrong with 40, I love it and have a gallon of it. I use it on my interior, rubber seals, engine bay, wheel wells and I love the smell.

APC is a great cleaner and can dilute to whatever you want (the bottle has dilutions for 4:1 and 10:1 (or do I have it backwards??? it's late and I'm on nights )

APC+ is a newer formula that has less foaming to be able to use on carpets. I don't own it but plan on it when I run out of Quik Out so I have gallons of the Detailer Line.

Give the Detailer Line of Window cleaner a shot, lots love it and you get 11 gallons of cleaner from 1 gallon of product, I also plan on buying.

I also just got All Season Dressing, I love the stuff, a little goes a long way

      Ummmm

Ultimate Quik Detailer or M135 is a great choice for those quick removal of MILD dusting or fingerprints for that inbetween waxing (and after washing for added protection), M105 is a great tool with a rotary or by hand for correction.

Other already mentioned D151 for that all in one use.

I use the Trim Detailer, it works great on my cars and a lot goes a long ways.

Scratch X is a great product

PlastX for those headlights and taillights or cell phone display or other plastics.

You know about 83/80 combo, #9 is a great product if those are too aggressive.

As far as the difference between the G100/G110, the G110 is an updated more powerful machine, some say more of an inbetween a rotary and the G110. I own a G100 and I Love it since being able to hamper through my problems learning how to use it.

A lot of people like Hyper Dressing, dilute to your liking (matte or gloss depending on dilution).

Can't go wrong with NXT, I also own Gold Class, M21 V1.0, M26, Color X and will have 6 tins of #16 total here shortly

I also bought some 84 compound as my Neon has a hard as nails clear coat and wanted another option if I needed it. Since now getting the nasty swirls out, I think I can maintain with M83 since now they are coming back but near as bad when I started.

I also plan on buying Detailer line of Body Solvent, we have a lot of tar on the roads from temporary fixing and gets all over the lower body and wheels.

Can't go wrong with the Gold Class leather cleaners, I have the spray bottle and it works great.

I try to dedicate a pad or two to a product (I have 2 pads for 80/83 with spares). I usually use at least 2 pads on our cars while detailing.

      Ummmm

I've been jumping back and forth and the advise to buy one of everything in another post may work

      Have fun.

I like the #40 also. Great product. I use it on all appropriate interior surfaces.

          Re: First ADS order...suggestions?

Honestly though, isn't 40 a combo of both a cleaner and dressing? I mean it cleans so well, leaves it smelling great, and it gives it a nice matte finish? I am thinking about getting a gallon of it from my local PBE, it'll be cheaper there.

            Re: First ADS order...suggestions?

#40 does have mild cleaners in it.... You could use #39 or APC first if you needed stronger cleaning.

No suggestion, but I would like to know if ADS has the best prices for G110 polisher packages? Are there any other contenders? Is ADS reliable?

                  Re: First ADS order...suggestions?

Ads is extremely reliable. Extremely knowledgeable and great to do business with. There might be a cheaper price on a G110 package. I am not aware of it. Imho you would be looking for long and hard to be the overall service and satisfaction from ads.
