  • Which Detailer

I know this has probably been asked a bazillion times, but I just couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I use to use UQD when it first came out and liked it a lot. Some friends talked me into using some fancy named stuff. Well I'm back, but now I've been introduced to the professional line and my question; which is the best, M135 or UQD. I already use Last Touch on the suspension, exhaust and wheels, but looking for the best for the paint.
    Thanks

    Re: Which Detailer

M135 and UQD are the same formula just different packaging and marketed to different markets. If your using a lot of it I would probably order a gallon of M135 and save some money. Also I've been told that the spray heads are different on the M135 bottle and the UQD bottle. The UQD is a finer mist.

A tip for the Last Touch... Try mixing some half and half with water and see how you like that. I like mine about half and half maybe a bit stronger.

    P.S. Sharp looking car!

Remember #135/UQD arent for claying, so you will need more tha none quick detailer product.

And yes, the spray heads are different, so do not throw out your UQD bottles till you try both.

          Re: Which Detailer

I like using Last Touch for wax removal and as a true "last touch."

I LOVE the UQD/M135 (Have both) as a protection/gloss enhancer, but I follow that up with Last Touch *sometimes* just in case to avoid possible haze.

I typically only notice the haze when it is cold or wet out, or if I used too much product and didn't wipe it down well enough.

Man I love the smell of Last Touch...

Oh, and that is my clay bar lube of choice, mixed 50/50 with di water.

Here is another vote for the gallon of #135. I also use the last touch for claying. Diluted 1:1.
