    What do i do ! ?

If you're lucky the marks are not "etching" and mostly just topical.

The fastest and least expensive way to test and see if you can remove them would be to go to any auto parts store and buy a bottle of Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner and apply and work some to a small section where you can easily see the water marks.

Shake the bottle well and then pour about a tablespoon amount onto a clean foam or microfiber wax applicator pad and then work this product for about a minute with some passion behind the pad. Make the section about a 8 to 12 inches square or so the idea being to work a small section and really focus your attention and working the product over the paint of this section.

Rub the paint in small overlapping circular motions. After about a minute wipe the excess off and inspect.

    Does it look better?
    Does it look the same?

If it looks better then you can continue doing this over all the paint and it will remove the water marks. After this apply a coat of wax.

If you don't see any improvement, then this means they water marks are actually etchings and you're going to need to get more aggressive to remove them.

Either way, post back here your results.

Best of luck and we're here to see you through to success.

Wash, clay use last touch or final inspection diluted a bit for lube, #82 with rotary with 9000 pad at 900 rpm to get out swirls, #21 with da with 9000 pad 1.5-2 setting. Beautiful on red. Check out the 98 vette in my pics.
