...and replaced by D151!
I got a chance to play with D151 for a couple of minutes today, and thought I'd share some of my thoughts on this product.
First thing I noticed, this stuff is THICK! When I say thick, I mean I have to keep it upside down when it's in my apron. If I don't, it'll take me a few seconds to squeeze it out of the bottle. Funny thing is, even with no cap on the bottle and being upside down inside my apron, it won't leak out
2nd, you have the ability to work this stuff forever! Not sure how long before it's completely broken down, but it stays wet plenty long enough to make multiple passes!
3rd, and this may be just me own personal experience, it doesn't like a lot of pressure. It seems to work better with light to no pressure at all.
And finally, it works! It doesn't replace my rotary buffer, but it's definitely going to compete with #80, and blows away #66. I can definitely see using this after some rotary work, and leaving it at that. That takes 1 complete step out of my routine! Thats at least 1 hour worth of work this product has the potential to save me!!!! <---Nick likes this deal
I did a small section on the van. The van is my most neglected vehicle. About the only thing I get to do to it is a good wash every so often. Here's a test spot I did on the hood. I taped off, clayed, apply D151 via PC on speed #5....here are the results...

As you can see, it will remove the light swirls and make the paint a little more reflective(look at the tree in the reflection).
So #66 will be coming out of my van. Sorry Meg's
Now I gotta do the rest of the van
