  • M105 saved me big time tonite

Was hanging out in my buddies garage getting his Harley ready for bike week in laconia. I was cleaning the leather on the seat which was sitting on a stool. I bumped the stool and it fell backwards onto his old man's brand new black Z06 and left a 4 inch by 2 inch scratch on it. Ran home, grabbed scratchX, 80, 83, and 105. Ran through the ScratchX, 83, and 105 by hand. Could still see it. Fired up the rotary with the 105 and it was almost gone. A little wetsanding and another 2 passes with 105 and you can't see the scratch. M105 will be staying on my shelf until meg's comes out with something better if that is even possible. I wish I had my camera handy but I was in too much of a rush to fix it before his old man saw it and killed him.
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

Wow what a story. Glad to hear you were able to save it with the help of
              M105.

By the way I can only imagine the look on your faces soon after it happened. YIKES! and of course soon after it was repaired.

                Great save!!!!!

Glad to see the vette got fixed/saved......cause a mild mannered car guy can turn into a beast when someone messes with their baby.

Was your buddy a little worried when you started to wet sand on his Dad's car?

Yes, M105 is the exclusive compound of choice for both Superman and James Bond. Maxwell Smart asked if he could use M104 instead - we told him "sorry Max, you missed it by thaaat much"

Disclaimer: no, there is no such thing as M104 but then you already knew that, right? And if the Maxwell Smart joke went right over your head just catch any rerun of Get Smart and you'll understand.

I'd be more impressed if Chuck Norris approved of M105.
I have a feeling he would based on this thread.

Good save Jokeman, I once ran into my dads toyota land cruiser (the old FJ's) with my dirt bike and caved the fender in, I was able to bend it back and he didn't notice it he would've killed me too!
