Why was my post deleted??????

I posted pictures in the "Solo pad" thread, and someone deleted my entire post, pictures and all. Why?

Can we not post a picture of a product like this? I'm really confused. Deleted with no explanation, no PM or anything.

Hi Nick,

I have thoroughly gone through the Moderator/Admin logs as there is an automatic record of any action being done on the site. I can not find anything regarding your missing post. Further, if I am correct, any time a post is deleted an email is automatically sent out by the system to the poster. So again, I will have to check into that as well.

We are still checking into it trying to figure out what happened.

If you have future concerns regarding posting issues, please email myself, or Mike rather than post it to a thread. Hopefully there was only a small glitch in the system, but we are looking into it thoroughly.

Mike, thats the thread, but I posted pictures of the pad in question, actually 4 pictures of the pad. Now that post is gone. I thought someone deleted it, but I guess it was just a system glitch.

The forums where updated to vBulletin 3.7 on this Monday the 12th. That might have something to do with it.

Hi Nick,

Not sure what could have happened, could be related to the forum upgrade or possibly timing, as you could have posted when the forum was in the middle of being taken down?

Not sure but we don't delete posts or pictures without reasons justified by the forum rules.

If you still have the pictures, please post them again, if they're in your gallery I can put them back into the thread for you.

I've created threads in the past where something has gone wrong and we've had to reload the forum from a back-up and lost all my posts and pictures so I feel your paint....
