I would like to know which one will be better to buy. I want to clean carpet and leather, but i also would like to use it on my wheels which on will be safe for what i want to do Thanks

The APC+ was designed for dealers who require a bulk product. It can be diluted further than APC, and is a low foaming formula which makes it better for extractor use.
In terms of performance, both work very similar with the differences being in APC+'s ability to be diluted further and low foaming characteristics.
Another thing that I've notice is the scent, APC+ has a nice orange smell, APC has a strong scent and it stays longer but this is just a matter of taste

If yourmain use of the product is for cleaning carpets. I would suggest the apc+. Its low foaming, and I prefer the scent also.
