  • last touch spray detailer for claying?

today i caught a bit of the spring detail fever and spent the past 5 hours polishing my mustang (only finished the passanger side, im in no rush and i want it PERFECT). after washing, claying, using the PC with #83 and then #80 then NXT i realized that if im going to do this for other people and make some extra cash that the small consumer bottles just will not suffice.

my question is, can i use Meguiar's last touch spray detailer as a lubricant when claying? i would use just the soapy water as i wash but the clay tends to fall apart. also, if i get the 128oz jug, does it need to be diluted?

also, do 83 and 80 come in the 1 gallon jugs?

Yes 83 and 80 do come in gallon size.

You can use Last Touch as a lubricant (works great.)
Last Touch is diluted on a 1:1 ratio.

Yep, I use it all the time for clay. Dilute 1:1 as stated in the previous post.

Not only does it work great diluted. It is a real savings over the consumer qd.I keep one bottle dilured for claying an I keep one bottle regular for qding.
