Can the #84 be applied with a PC? Or does it require the power of a rotary?

Meguiar's #84 Compound Power Cleaner is designed to be used with a rotary buffer. It takes the heat and power that only a rotary can provide to break down the product properly.

Thanks for answering my Q, Tim. I've noticed that some megs stuff says which way to apply it, and some do not.. it can get confusing for a detailing noob such as myself. might I ask, what product has the most cutting power that can be applied with a PC?Comment

The most aggressive product that can be used with a PC is Meguiar's #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish.
