which type of pad should i use this product with?.....and should i follow up with a swirl remover after?...thanks guys/girls....any input is appreciated.
#83 should be used with a polishing pad on the PC. On some paints, #83 may leave micromarring or haze. Most people will follow a pass of #83 with #80 and a finishing pad.
On the rotary, #83 can be used with a polishing, cutting, or wool pad.
will the swirl remover remove micro marring/haze that may be left behind using #83?.........curious because i just ordered a bottle of #83 and swirl remover (don't know what # it is).....do you recomend me buying a bottle of #80 also?
#9 (Swirl Remover) should remove the hazing or marring left by #83.
Personally, I like to have all three. Some paints are more susceptible to micromarring and need a very light cleaner (#9). Other times, you may be able to just use #80 to remove the swirls.
can i use #83, #80 and #9 in that order?......or is there something that i should eliminate....
You can use those three product in that order, the hope would actually be that you only need two of them to get the finish to where you want it and then you could go to wax.

Mike, I am having hard times with #83. It seems to be really hard to buff. Am I working it in for too long? It seems to jump from too wet to too dry. I use orange pad by Lake with rotary.
