#7 and #26

    I am an avid user of NXT liquid wax. One time I used the #7 followed by NXT. I applied both by hand, and to be quite honest, I didn't notice any difference between the #7 and NXT and the NXT as a stand alone product. I applied both by hand. Could I have been doing something wrong applying the #7? I do remember that when I was putting on the #7, I was mindful not to let it dry, but I believe from reading some other forum results, I know understand that you have to work the #7 for a long time before wiping off?

    One last question. Would #7 also work good on clear coated polished aluminum wheels before applying wax?

      What color is your car, HB4LTHR? #7 has its most obvious effect on dark colored vehicles. I recently used it on a car with dark red paint after removing some swirls and it provided some pretty impressive results(followed by a coat of #26). The effect on lighter colors might be a little more subtle.

          I like that color a lot. My understanding is that you have to work the #7 in pretty good before removing it. As far as applying it to your wheels, in my personal opinion, given the light color of the wheels, the difference would be negligible at best. I could be wrong, someone please correct me if so.

              You could try DC1 and see if that does the trick.
