I have swirls that are pretty noticeable in the sunlight on my hood. And some minor hairline scratches on the side panels. I was wondering if it would be worth ordering online for shipping + extra cost to get #9 over ScratchX. I plan to use it all over the car for whichever I pick. Will I get about the same results if I use ScratchX over #9? Which is more aggresive?

ScratchX vs. #9

ScratchX is for hand application only.
#9 Can be applied by hand, orbital polisher or rotary buffer.
A machine applied product will always produce better results than applying products by hand. That said, the correct Meguiar's products applied with the proper application material and technique will produce excellent results.

I was able to get much better results from my #9 2.0 with my pc than with scratchX by hand. I was not able to get the scratchx to work as I thought it should, who knows might have been asking a bit much from it. Disappointed with scratchX I went to #9 2.0 and really liked what I saw!Brandon
