You can wash the car. The tint was applied to the inside of the window. So there is no harm in washing the outside. Just remember for the future when cleaning the inside of the windows to use an amonia free solution
Wash the outside as often as necessary. Just be sure to follow their directions for inside cleaning. Also, if the shop had to tint your rear window in two or more sections, make sure you wipe parallel with those lines. If not, over time you can cause the tint to peel.
When you go to wash your windows on the inside, be sure to carefully read the label on the glass cleaner, making sure it's ammonia free and safe for tint. Most auto glass cleaner is safe, but it doesn't hurt to double check before possibly ruining a tint job. I can't stress this enough! I can't count how many times I've seen people with obviously tinted windows reaching for household Windex...
