#21 on wheels

has anyone ever tried #21 on clearcoat aluminum wheels? and what were your results?

Meguiar's #21 is excellent on CC wheels! I have not had any difficulties with removing brake dust with just plain soap and water. That tells me that #21 is doing its job!!

I also like to use #21 on the cc painted wheels on my Chevy Blazer. I usually keep reapplying a fresh coat about every month or two.

With #21, all that is necessary to clean the wheels is just a little car wash soap and water.

I've found (at last) a great combo for my Halibrand style wheels: NXT metal polish on the polished portions (outer and inner rim) and #21 over the "as cast" portion and the polished portion of the wheel. It results in an absolutely slick surface with minimal dusting.

I use a duster daily on my wheels. The #21 allows the duster to take the brake dust right off!

Great! #21 on the wheels is part of my plan... and a part I should get to this weekend.

I'm going to detail the interior, wheels and exterior trim a week before tackling the exterior paint. I have 2 daily drivers to maintain and I thought I'd do that trim work ahead of time so I can wash once before masking and machining the paint.

I'll probably catch the door jams along with the wheels, unless you tell me those can be done with this new PC.

#21 works great on clearcoated wheels, as does #20! It lasted through the entire winter, including a very snowy and salty February!
