With paint protect and UFF being similar in that they both protect the paint for up to 1 year, then I would recommend using either one but not both. UFF will give a glossier appearance and slicker feel. Also better dust repellency.
With having ultimate wax already applied then just use UFF.

Re: Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish
after my next wash, what product to use? ultimate wax again or can i swap directly onto fast finish?
should i be using paint protect again as a last step?
I wouldn't.
You already have Ultimate Wax and Ultimate Fast Finish protecting your paint.
Ultimate Fast Finish is super easy to apply and long lasting product. I always use it now to top my favorite wax/sealant.

Re: Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish
I picked up the UFF kit a couple days ago at Walmart and gave it a shot. Here are my thoughts...
After washing the vehicle with Wash Plus+, then clay, then a wipe down with Mckees N914 1:8 I applied UFF exactly as the directions state. I appreciate that the included black MF towel is rather large in size (16x24?) but for me is too bulky in the hand when folded to a size manageable to handle in my hand. A smaller towel or separate applicator pad would be more ideal. My personal preference is to have both separate. Flipping or unfolding of the towel to apply and then buff/wipe for each section is tedious. I like the idea of applying with one hand and buff with the other. Again, just my personal preference.
The product does seem a bit oily at first and it evaporates quickly. Because of the evaporation it was hard to tell if I sprayed enough on the towel to completely cover the panel I was working. I just kept wiping with the wet side of the towel for a few extra passes to ensure coverage and then quick dry buff.
I did get some on my plastic and rubber trim and it does appear to stain it with an oily residue. However some buffing does level it out. In some areas a bit more buffing. Same on glass but much easier to wipe off.
I also noticed that the buffing of the product resulted in zero static of the towel. I nearly always get some sort of minimal static when wiping off QDs, QWs, RWs.
I'm excited to track its longevity. My vehicle is outside 24-7 360 in all seasons. I'm really interested in observing its ability to repel dust (as others have reported). And yesterday afternoon when I went to check out the roof for that layer of dust I was surprised to see that it was relatively clean.A good sign. I'll be paying close attention to its behavior for sure.
I sort of am tempted to avoid putting anything on top of UFF for fear of changing its characteristics. Just RW with N914, since it leaves nothing behind. I'll most likely reapply in the fall before winter so we will see how the finish is holding up in 3 months.

Re: Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish
I don't think there's any right or wrong answer as to how often you reapply it. Apply it as often as you like. A lot of factors go into how long you might get out of it. A garage queen that doesn't get washed very often it might last an eternity. A daily driver that sits outside all the time and gets washed once a week maybe not so long. When water stops beading it's a safe bet that the product is no longer present.

How often would you suggest you need to reapply Fast Finish?

Re: Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish
I tried the UFF for the first time yesterday and I got to say, the application process is about as easy as it gets. I've used PP365 multiple times and while that to is easy to apply, it's no comparison. FF is a breeze...... 👍

Maybe someone will chime in and explain the differences between the two and why one would be more durable than the other.
Yes, I hope so. Last weekend I was having the dilemma of which product to use. I really like the way PP365 makes my white paint look. It also makes my black plastic/rubber trims look amazing! I didn't notice that to the same extent with UFF. PP also seems a bit slicker.
Hence the dilemma (and my question) ... do I go for looks and slickness with PP365 or potential extra durability with UFF? Hmm..
BTW I ended up running out of time and doing neither... I used D156 instead!

This has probably been answered, but how does durability compare to PP365? Both products claim water beading of a year...
