    Re: M205 Ultra Finishing Polish

    Hi guys,

How come Ultra Finishing Polish is not called Ultra Finishing Cleaner?

I mean, this product seems to have cleaning abilities, so why is it called a polish?

    Thanks,

    Nick.

The picture below says it all. This was downright easy. I spent about 60 seconds buffing the top section and this is what I was rewarded with:

Great, now I have to do the rest of the van. 8-)
    Hey Brian,

Yep...that is how it goes. Never do a test spot unless you want do the whole vehicle!

My detail I had planned this weekend to test the new M205 fell through. I ended up doing a few test spots with it instead (yep....I did it too! ).

The new M205 is an awesome product!! This weekend, hopefully I can do the full detail with the M205! As Mike said, easy to use and what I really liked was the lack of gumming! Awesome stuff!!!!

Hey Hippie... I think you were in my Meguiar's Advanced Class. Good to see you on here (if you are who I think you are...).

I remember mention of your family being in the automotive body shop/painting business?

    All fixed.

Partly my fault as I wasn't sure of his exact title...

    That'll do it!

I checked his title for that exact reason, too, hah.

We usually have all Meguiar's employees have their job title under their name, we'll make that change today.

This statement pretty much sums up what it's like using M205

Easy to buff, easy to wipe off, excellent results.

    Ok Kevin. I'm sold!
Pretty much all a man needs is some 105, 205, and the LSP of choice. Some will be able to get the new 105 to finish out and some will only need 205 depending on the condition of the paint. I like how Meg's is making their simple system even more simple!

What should mobile detailers expect in outside conditions? I know Meg's say a cool dry surface but hey, not all of us can do that.
